Corn Salsa

The July Sweet as Pie menu featured this appetizer recipe for Corn Salsa from Trisha Yearwood.  JBD_9700This was a cinch to put together, but although I liked it, Phillip was not a fan (mostly because of the olives).  The recipe really makes more than two people have time to eat, but this would be a good option for a summer get-together – just mix it ahead and serve with tortilla chips!
