Three of our good friends here in Charleston were so kind to host a baby shower for us earlier this month. It was a brunch shower and was so much fun! They truly went above and beyond – all of the details were just perfect. My mom, grandmother, and best friend Jenny all made the trip over for the weekend, so that made the day even more special.

I have no idea how the girls knew hydrangeas were one of my favorites. They managed to copy my wedding flowers! I guess I just give off a hydrangea vibe.
There was quite a spread and all delicious. What you’re not seeing is the build-your-own Bloody Mary bar with the best Charleston mix and all my favorite add-ins (including pickled green beans)!
I was so glad my mom and grandmother were able to make the trip.

Sarah made this adorable cake from scratch AND managed to make it lemon, which is my absolute favorite. I selfishly took home a large piece of the leftover cake and enjoyed every.last.bite.
